Having opened the super successful iconic restaurant at various other chains of hotels, which scaled to the height of it being listed as the 54th best restaurant in the world by San Pellegrino under his leadership, he opened the Tian at ITC Maurya, New Delhi and Pan Asian at ITC Grand Chola, Chennai with a concept of “Progressive Asian food”, unlike its predecessors and have been able to connect with its guests very well.
